Registration

Registration closes May 22!

Log in using the conference attendee's unique email and password if they have an online profile in the WAcounties Hub. If not, please select "Register a Guest" and enter the attendee's name and email. DO NOT enter info for anyone who is not the conference attendee. 

Standard Registration Rate: $500 ($541 after 8.2% local sales tax)

First-Time Attendee Rate: $400 ($432.80 after 8.2% local sales tax)

Please visit SB 5814 Washington State Legislature for more info on why we must now tax "live events." Luckily, nonprofit organizations should be exempt as of July 1, 2026, but we must collect and submit sales tax on all conferences until then.

Payment

Credit Card: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to paypal already. 

Check: Attendees receive a confirmation email with their total due after conference registration, which can serve as their invoice.If you opted to pay by check, please remit to ATTN: WSACE, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98507 within 30 days of registration. Please note the conference name, event attendee's name, and county.

Cancellation Policy

30 days before event - Deadline to cancel with full refund minus $25 administration fee. 

15 days before event - Deadline to cancel with 50% refund | no refunds after this date

Transfer of registration to another attendee is always free. Cancellations and transfers must be emailed to info@wsac.org to be valid.
