Registration Instructions

An 8.6% sales tax will be added to each ticket price listed. To learn more about the newly expanded retail sales tax categories, you may read HERE. 

Member Registration Rate: $150 ($162.90 after tax) - before selecting this option, please ensure your county has paid for its 2026 WCAA membership. 

Non-Member Registration Rate: $250 ($271.50 after tax)

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you may select "Register a Guest." Please enter the attendee's name and email address. If a record matches with their information, please select it. If you are already logged in to a profile in the WAcounties Hub, your information will be autofilled as the attendee instead, so please ensure you are logged out before registering the attendee. 

If you are registering yourself, log-in if you already have a profile in the WAcounties Hub. Otherwise, you may select "Register as a Guest" and enter your name and email address. If a record matches with your information, you may select it. 

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to to PayPal to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records. Each attendee registered will also receive a confirmation email directly to their inbox. 

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete. This will serve as your invoice. Make checks out to WSAC, and send to Attn: WSAC, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98501 with the conference and attendee name noted. 

WCAA Membership Dues must be paid before you register for the 2026 Annual Conference at the WCAA member rate. Email WSAC at info@wsac.org if you have any questions about WCAA membership or go here to pay membership dues.

Cancellation:
