Join your county solid waste peers for the WACSWM 2026 Spring Meeting, hosted in Leavenworth at the Icicle Village Resort. The event will kick off with an optional Landfill Forum on the afternoon of May 19, followed by the main meeting on May 20 and 21.

Meeting Registration

County Member Registration Rate: $300 + 8.6% local sales tax

Non-Member Registration Rate: $400 + 8.6% local sales tax

For more information about why we are charging sales tax, please see the new guidance on ESSB 5814 regarding "live events." If this guidance changes, the collected tax will be retained as revenue and used for future events. 

Meeting registration includes 2 breakfasts from the venue, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner. 

Instructions: If you are registering on behalf of another person, you may select "Register a Guest." Please enter the attendee's name and email address. If a record matches their information, please select it. Do not enter your name or email address if you are not the attendee. Please only register for the "Member Rate" if you are a county employee or have agreed to sponsor. If you do not work for a county and are not sponsoring, register as a "Non-Member."

Payment:

Credit Card: Pay on the PayPal platform. You don't need to log in to PayPal. Just select "Pay by credit/debit" at the bottom of the PayPal page.

Check: Make checks out to "WSAC" and send to Attn: WACSWM c/o WSAC, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98507. PLEASE include the attendee's name and the event name on the check or package. Payment is due within 30 days of registration.

If you are a service provider interested in attending the WACSWM Annual Meeting, please contact Jessica Strozewski about a sponsor package. Your support enables our county members to meet together, learn, and network with you and their peers. 

Sponsorship includes free registration for one attendee and member rates for additional attendees, acknowledgement on marketing materials and print materials, as well as access to the attendee list and the ability to bring a pamphlet or info sheet to be displayed on the meeting check-in desk. Cancellation Policy

30 days before the event - Deadline to cancel with a refund minus $25 administration fee. 

14 days before the event -  Deadline to cancel with 50% refund | no refunds after this date

Transfer of registration to another attendee is always free. 

Sponsorship funds cannot be cancelled.
