Registration Instructions

Due to the updated tax law affecting "live events" from October 2025, a 9.1% local sales tax will be added to each ticket price listed. To learn more about the newly expanded retail sales tax categories, you may read HERE. 

Registration Deadline: March 23, 2026

Registration Rate: $100 ($109.10 after tax)

If you already have an online profile in the WAcounties Hub, please log in to have your info auto-filled. Otherwise, you may select "Register as a Guest" and enter your name and email address. If a record matches your information, you may select it or just continue as a guest.

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete. This will serve as your invoice. If this will not suffice, please contact tnaylor@wsac.org for a more detailed invoice. WSAC is acting as the servicer, so please make checks out to WSAC, and send them to Attn: WSAC, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98507, with the conference name and attendee name noted.
