A full list of sponsorship packages is available here. Please pay close attention to the number of attendees and whether an exhibitor table is included as you make your sponsorship level selection. Please contact drew.woods@crab.wa.gov if you need help deciding which package will work best for your goals!

Registration/Payment

Registration and payment are handled by the Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) on behalf of the County Road Administration Board.

1. Select "Register as a Guest"
2. Select your sponsorship opportunity. If you need to bring additional attendees outside of your included exhibitors, you will be able to select the "Additional Attendee" add-on in the next page.
3. Complete the questions for each attendee (Company-related questions are only mandatory for the first registrant).
4. Select your payment type. Check is preferred!

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to Paypal to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records.

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete. Make checks  out to WSAC and send to Attn: WSAC, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98501 with the conference name noted. If you have any questions, please contact info@wsac.org.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot accept cancellation of sponsor packages.
