County Leaders Conference

Attendee Registration

Join us for the 2026 County Leaders Conference, hosted in Pierce County at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, November 17-19. 

County Staff: 

Must have a county email address. If you are unsure which category to choose, please contact us at info@wsac.org.

Full Conference: $475 Early Bird Rate! (Reverts to standard rate of $550 after August 31)

Full Conference First-Time County Attendee: $200 (We are excited to offer a deep discount for first-time county attendees. This is only for county employees with a county email address who have never attended County Leaders Conference.)

Single Day: $300

State Agency/City/Federal:

Full Conference: $500 Early Bird Rate! (Reverts to standard rate of $575 after August 31)

Single Day: $300

Non-Member/Non-Government:

Registration/Payment:

Registration Instructions:

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you may select "Register Guest." Please enter the attendee's name and email address. If a record matches their information, please select it. If you are already logged in to a profile in the WAcounties Hub, your information will be autofilled as the attendee instead, so please ensure you are logged out before registering the attendee. 

If you are registering yourself, log in if you already have a profile in the WAcounties Hub. Otherwise, you may select "Register Guest" and enter your name and email address. If a record matches your information, you may select it. 

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to to PayPal to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records. Each attendee registered will also receive a confirmation email directly to their inbox. 

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete, This will serve as your invoice. Send payment to WSAC, PO Box 1909, Olympia, WA 98507 with the attendee's name and county and the title of the event referenced. Payment is due within 30 days of registration.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

October 16 - Deadline to cancel with a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. 

October 30 - Deadline to cancel with 50% refund. No refunds after this date. 

After October 30, we will accept registration transfers to other individuals in your county or organization, but we will be unable to provide any refunds. You must email your cancellation or transfer to info@wsac.org for it to be valid.
