Registration

Please read carefully for a smooth experience!

The person who will be involved in logistics should be the person registering for the conference. There will be a section later in the registration to identify the actual conference attendees, if different. Some sponsorship tiers come with multiple attendees, and there is an option to add-on attendees as well. Lodging booking information will be sent to the email used to register.

Exhibitors should plan to arrive between 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM on Tuesday to begin setting up their table in preparation for our Opening Reception (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). Exhibitors should plan to stick around until Thursday at 11:30 AM when we will host our final luncheon.

Payment

Credit Card: Our card servicer is PayPal.You do not need to log-in to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records. Each attendee registered will also receive a confirmation email directly to their inbox. 

Check: Check payments are preferred!  The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete - This will serve as your invoice. Send checks to Attn: WSAC, 206 10th Ave SE, Olympia, WA 98501 with your business name noted. If you need a manual invoice, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept cancellation of exhibit tables or sponsor packages. Please ensure that you understand the time commitment before signing up!
