Registration Instructions:

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you may select "Register as a Guest." Please enter the attendee's name and email address. If a record matches with their information, please select it. If you are already logged in to a profile in the WAcounties Hub, your information will be autofilled as the attendee instead, so please ensure you are logged out before registering the attendee. 

If you are registering yourself, log-in if you already have a profile in the WAcounties Hub. Otherwise, you may select "Register as a Guest" and enter your name and email address. If a record matches with your information, you may select it. 

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records. Each attendee registered will also receive a confirmation email directly to their inbox. 

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete, This will serve as your invoice. Send checks to Attn: WSAC, 206 10th Ave SE, Olympia, WA 98501 with the attendee name noted. If you need a manual invoice, please contact info@wsac.org.

Please note that we may run out of rooms and will not secure room blocks at additional hotels. Please book early to get the group rate. There are a number of other options downtown that are within walking or driving distance.

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

September 13 - Deadline to cancel with refund minus $50 administration fee. 

October 18 - Deadline to cancel with 50% refund. 

After October 18, we will accept registration transfers to other individuals in your county or organization, but we will be unable to provide any refunds. You must email your cancellation or transfer to info@wsac.org for it to be valid.
