Sponsorship Opportunities

A full list of sponsorship packages is available here. Please pay close attention to the number of attendees and whether an exhibitor table is included as you make your sponsorship level selection. Please contact brian.bailey@crab.wa.gov if you need help deciding which package will work best for your goals!

IMPORTANT - While registering, you will be asked to select a preferred table assignment. Please see a map of exhibitor tables here and make note of your preferred assignment.

Accommodations

Accommodations are the responsibility of attendees; hotel reservations must be made by phone directly through Campbell's Resort at 1.800.553.8225. Reference room block number: 748353

Registration/Payment

1. Select "Register as a Guest"
2. Select your sponsorship opportunity. If you need to bring additional attendees outside of your included exhibitors, select the "Additional Sponsor Attendee" option and identify how many extra tickets you need. 
3. Complete the questions for each attendee (Company-related questions are only mandatory for the first registrant).
4. Select your payment type. Check is preferred!

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to Paypal to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records.

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete, Send checks to Attn: WSAC, 206 10th Ave SE, Olympia, WA 98501 with the conference name noted. If you need a manual invoice, please contact info@wsac.org.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot accept cancellation of sponsor packages.
