Join us for the FPHS EPH Core Teams Summit in Ellensburg, WA!

At the request of the Core Teams co-leads, your FPHS support staff have arranged an in-person meeting for all six core teams! This event will provide in-person meeting time for each Core Team and time to connect across Core Team focuses. Core Teams will share their Model Programs, improve their understanding of how this work fits into FPHS, and have important discussions about the future of the Core Team concept. 

When:  September 24-26, 2024
Where: Hotel Windrow -- 502 N Main St, Ellensburg, WA

Registration closes August 14, 2024 (updated), at 5:00 PM PST.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• This event is for FPHS EPH Core Team members and co-leads only.
• Each Core Team may register 5 attendees before the registration deadline. 
• Any spots left over after registration closes will be opened up to additional attendees from Core Teams that have reached their maximum on a first come, first served basis. 

TRAVEL & EVENT COST 

WSALPHO will be covering the costs for LHJ attendees and will bill back meeting and lodging costs to WA DOH afterwards for DOH attendees.   

• LHJ ATTENDEES: WSALPHO will cover registration and lodging.  You are responsible for covering your cost for travel, additional meals, etc.
• DOH ATTENDEES: Lodging will be arranged directly between WSALPHO and the hotel, and DOH will be billed by WSALPHO afterwards. You are responsible for covering your cost for travel, additional meals, etc.

HOTEL RESERVATION

• Hotel rooms available for the nights of 9/23, 9/24, and 9/25.
• WSALPHO will arrange hotel accommodation for all attendees directly with the hotel.
• Upon check-in, attendees must provide a credit card upon arrival for incidentals.
• When registering, attendees must select the check-in and check-out date on the registration form, and any additional needs for accommodation. You are responsible for communicating any changes to the dates you registered for.
• Attention: There are no block codes. If an attendee chooses to book a room directly with the hotel and not through this registration process, the attendee will assume responsibility for the full cost of the room at the hotel standard rate. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel, please inform Mary and Chris as soon as you know, prior to August 23, 2024. Cancellations after August 22, 2024, 11:59 PST, will result in a fee of one-night stay plus taxes. A no-show for a room reservation will result in a fee equal to the total cost of the room nights plus fees. 

PARKING 

Complimentary overnight city parking is available behind the hotel, at the corner of 6th Ave. and Pearl Street. We also provide secure, free parking for guests via guest key card access. Unload in the front and see us at the front desk for more information.

                                                          - In-Person Individual Core Team meetings (each plans their own in-person meeting beforehand).                                                      

Wednesday, September 25th

              8:00 am – 4:30 pm:          - Intro/Orientation
                                                          - General FPHS & History of Core Teams
                                                          - Each Core team presents their team and products (30m each)
                                                          - Activities touching on intersections, synthesis, synergies

              8:00 am – 12:00 pm          - Evaluation of Core Teams
                                                          - Future of Core Teams
                                                          - Future of Model Programs
