Exhibitors should plan to arrive anytime 1 PM - 4:30 PM on Tuesday to begin setting up their table in preparation for our Opening Reception (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM). Exhibitors should plan to stick around until Thursday at 11:30 AM when we will host our final lunch and keynote. 

Payment

After you register, WSAC staff will contact you to confirm your sponsor selection, discuss next steps, and provide an invoice that includes all requested add-ons and applicable Business Partner discounts. We prefer check payment, but credit card payment will also be available, as needed. 

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept cancellation of exhibit tables or sponsor packages.

Business Partners
