Join us for the 2025 County Leaders Conference, hosted in Spokane County at the Davenport Grand in Downtown Spokane!

Members/County Staff: 

This rate is for county staff only! Agency partners, and private organizations do not qualify for this rate. 

Full Conference: $475 Early Bird Rate! ($550 after August 28)

Single Day: $300

State Agency/City/Federal:

Full Conference: $500 Early Bird Rate ($575 after August 28)

Single Day: $300

Non-Member/Non-Government:

Full Conference: $700 Early Bird Rate ($775 after August 28)

Single Day: $400

We do not offer guest registration

Registration Instructions:

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you may select "Register  a Guest." Please enter the attendee's name and email address. If a record matches with their information, please select it. If you are already logged in to a profile in the WAcounties Hub, your information will be autofilled as the attendee instead, so please ensure you are logged out before registering the attendee. 

If you are registering yourself, log-in if you already have a profile in the WAcounties Hub. Otherwise, you may select "Register as a Guest" and enter your name and email address. If a record matches with your information, you may select it. 

Credit Card Payment: Our payment servicer is PayPal. This is how we take credit or debit cards. You do not need to log-in to to PayPal to pay. You may pay on PayPal as a guest at the bottom of their portal as long as you are not logged in to PayPal already. Please save your receipt from PayPal for your records. Each attendee registered will also receive a confirmation email directly to their inbox. 

Check Payment: The email address used to register will receive a confirmation email with their total due after registration is complete, This will serve as your invoice. Send checks to Attn: WSAC, 206 10th Ave SE, Olympia, WA 98501 with the attendee name noted. If you need a manual invoice, please contact info@wsac.org.

Parking: $17 reduced rate per night for overnight guests

While supply lasts! Monday night always goes fast, so please book soon if you will need that night. 

Attendee Cancellation Policy:

October 3 - Deadline to cancel with refund minus $50 administration fee. 

October 31 - Deadline to cancel with 50% refund. 

After October 31, we will accept registration transfers to other individuals in your county or organization, but we will be unable to provide any refunds. You must email your cancellation or transfer to info@wsac.org for it to be valid.
